It adheres to metals, rubber, fiberglass and all types of plastics. It is VOC compliant and is available in aerosol, quart or gallon sizes. The Bulldog Adhesion Promoter dries to a tack free clear finish and is effective for up to 24 hours. If the sprayed part is left overnight, you can apply the basecoat without an issue.
